Delivery & returns
Everything you need to know about how your order reaches you — and what to do if something isn’t right.
UK delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.95, aims to arrive in 2–3 working days. Free on orders over £50.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.95, aims to arrive the next working day.
- Orders are packed in Birmingham and usually dispatched within 1 working day.
- Every parcel is tracked: you will receive Royal Mail tracking details by email when it leaves us. Delivery times are Royal Mail’s aims, not guarantees.
- Caviar is delivered chilled, on a date agreed with you — see Private Reserve.
International delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. For international or trade enquiries, please contact us.
Returns
- If you change your mind, you may return unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- For food-safety reasons we cannot accept the return of opened food products, or of chilled goods such as caviar, unless they are faulty.
- If anything arrives damaged or is not as described, please email info@luxurytastes.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
