Information we collect
- Your name, email address, delivery and billing address and phone number when you place an order, create an account, send us an enquiry or sign up to our newsletter.
- Payment details are processed securely by Stripe (including Apple Pay and Google Pay). Card details never pass through or are stored on our servers.
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which our hosting provider records in server logs for security.
- Any information you choose to send us through our contact or trade enquiry forms, or by email.
How we use your information
- To process, dispatch and deliver your orders.
- To send order confirmations, tracking details and delivery updates.
- To respond to enquiries, including trade and wholesale enquiries.
- To send occasional marketing emails, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
- To keep our website secure and prevent fraud.
